Liselore is your hostess. She makes you feel at home and can explain everything about the wines and food.

We both have an apprentice working with us.
Zoë works in the kitchen and Natascha as a waitress. They are both very enthousiastic and passionate working on their studies. Of course, we hope they will pass their exams.

There’s also a great team behind me. This restaurant wouldn’t exist without the help of my wife and her family.
Father-in-law Peter has the  commercial insight.
Mother-in-law Isabelle, the family mediator.
Claudia, working miracles with the computer.
And my wife Esther as creative person and gives me support
